Devonshire Condo, Our Review
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and this little ugly duckling is much prettier inside then out. The Devonshire is a small condominium without any amenities, but at least you will save on your maintenance costs. Prices for an 1100 square foot condo are about $450,000. Because this is small condominium complex, you can probably negotiate some freebies. Try getting one or two free parking space. Timing is everything and they may have missed their chance to get the big bucks. It looks like the real estate market around this condominium is changing. We see a lot of recent re-sales so you should also expect the developer to pick up some closing costs including city and GST Taxes. (You may be interested in looking at some competing properties on the ads directly below this review) Also, because the building is already constructed, you should be able to move in very shortly. The developer’s signs reads location is everything. We’ve taken some pictures of the condominium and the immediate surrounding area so you can make up your mind what you think of the location.
